Our company was started to address a problem our founder had when he ran the professional search team at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. There, he had difficulty finding enough quality executive recruiting companies to meet the demand for executive recruiting services. He decided to start Refresh Recruiting to fill that need. Our custom 15 step process ensures a quality search every time.

ANDREW FRIEDMAN
Founder & CEO
Mr. Friedman sets and executes the strategy for Refresh Recruiting as well as develops our proprietary 15 step search process and analytical tools. Prior to Refresh Recruiting, he was the co-founder of a digital marketing company where he recruited the team and helped the company reach 7 figure revenue and profitability. He first developed his recruiting philosophy at the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates. There he served as head of professional search leading a team of 19 responsible for over 750 hires during his tenure. Mr. Friedman has a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife and 2 kids.
